for the icing you need about 50g of butter or margarine, 100g to 125g icing sugar (confectioner&#039;s sugar) and a few drops of vanilla essence. Beat the butter until it&#039;s soft, then add the sugar little by little until the icing is beginning to get stiff. Add the vanilla essence, taste and add more sugar if needed ;)

For the top I used 150g plain chocolate, melted in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.]]></description>
